After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Sauk Prairie, Portage was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They strolled past the Baraboo Thunderbirds with points to spare, taking the game 45-31. This was a revenge game for the Warriors: when they faced off against the Thunderbirds back in January, they had to take a 54-36 defeat.

Portage's win was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-11 and their overall record up to 4-18. As for Baraboo, they dropped their record down to 3-19 with the loss, which was their tenth straight at home.

Portage didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, an 84-31 defeat against Edgewood on the 14th. As for Baraboo, they have also already played their next matchup, a 43-36 loss against Sauk Prairie on the 14th.
