Football Recap: Great Falls Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Great Falls was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a hard 28-14 fall against the Chesterfield Golden Rams. The Red Devils lost against the Golden Rams in their previous head to head back in August of 2024, too, but the margin this time around was much closer than the 47-0 score last time.

This one was won in the trenches and the lion's share of the credit has to go to Jullian McClain and Greg Rushing. McClain rushed for 116 yards and a pair of touchdowns while Rushing rushed for 86 yards and two scores.

Great Falls' loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Chesterfield, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.

Looking ahead, Great Falls will head out on the road to square off against Allendale-Fairfax at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Chesterfield, they will take on Lee Central at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
