North Tahoe lost against West Wendover back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The North Tahoe Lakers took a 69-56 hit to the loss column at the hands of the West Wendover Wolverines. The Lakers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

West Wendover was led to victory by Adryan Carlos and Estaban Correa. Carlos went 8 for 16 on his way to 16 points along with eight boards and six steals, while Correa went 6 of 12 to rack up 18 points in addition to six assists and three steals. Carlos is on a roll when it comes to rebounds, as he's now pulled down eight or more in the last three games he's played. Trea Hendriks was another key player, putting up nine points and seven boards.

North Tahoe's loss dropped their record down to 14-9. As for West Wendover, they are on a roll lately: they've won 16 of their last 18 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 23-4 record this season.

Coming up, North Tahoe will square off against Silver Stage at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. West Wendover does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
