Volleyball Recap: Covenant School of Jacksonville Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Covenant School of Jacksonville lost against Christ's Church Academy back in August of 2022, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Warriors lost 3-0 to the Eagles. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Warriors have suffered since September 19, 2024.

While Covenant School of Jacksonville ultimately came up short, they really made Christ's Church Academy work, particularly in the second set. The final score came out to 25-14, 26-24, 25-12.

Maia Arnold paced Covenant School of Jacksonville's offense, picking up eight kills. Arnold got some help from Annabelle Woodward and her 12 assists. Arnold was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Covenant School of Jacksonville now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Christ's Church Academy, their win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 5-0.

Covenant School of Jacksonville wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 victory against Warner Christian Academy on the 29th. As for Christ's Church Academy, they will face off against Trinity Christian Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
