Roger Bacon has gone a perfect 4-0 against Taylor recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Saturday. After both having extra time off, the two teams will shake off the rust and duke it out at 2:00 p.m.

Roger Bacon came up short against Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy on Thursday, falling 3-0.

While Roger Bacon was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 29-27, 25-13, 25-18.

Meanwhile, Taylor came tearing into Wednesday's match with four straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. Everything went their way against the Wildcats as they made off with a 3-0 victory.

Roger Bacon dropped their record down to 8-14 with the loss, which was their sixth straight on the road. As for Taylor, their win bumped their record up to 20-2.

Roger Bacon was able to grind out a solid victory over Taylor in their previous meeting back in October of 2024, winning 3-1. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Spartans since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
