Preview: Eagle Mustangs vs. Timberline Wolves
Eagle has been on the road for four straight, but on Tuesday they'll finally head home. They will take on the Timberline Wolves at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Keep an eye on the score for this one: both teams posted some lofty point totals in their previous games.
Last Saturday, Eagle got the win against Post Falls by a conclusive 59-38. With that victory, Eagle brought their scoring average up to 50.3 points per game.
Paige Cofer continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, dropping a double-double on 21 points and 12 rebounds. Porter Wood was another key contributor, scoring 7 points along with 10 rebounds.
Meanwhile, Timberline blew past Highland, posting a 66-28 win on the road.
Eagle's win bumped their record up to 3-4. As for Timberline, the win got them back to even at 3-3.
