Basketball Recap: Waldorf Comes Up Short

Waldorf was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They took a 46-33 hit to the loss column at the hands of Lycee Francais de Chicago. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Thunder this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 82-10 back in December of 2024.

Waldorf's defeat dropped their record down to 3-10. As for Lycee Francais de Chicago, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 13-4.

Waldorf has already played their next match (against British International School of Chicago), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Lycee Francais de Chicago will take on Morgan Park Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. That game will pit two of the most dominant guards against one another: Bonheur Balita and Ivan Fullilove.
