Soccer Game Preview: East Hill Christian vs. Aletheia Christian Academy

East Hill Christian hasn't had much luck against Aletheia Christian Academy recently, but that could start to change on Thursday. The Eagles will look to defend their home pitch against the Lions at 5:30 p.m. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

East Hill Christian was handed a seven-goal defeat in their previous outing, but that didn't affect their clutch gene on Tuesday. They had just enough and edged out West Florida Baptist Academy 3-2. The victory was some much needed relief for East Hill Christian as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Brahm Ohler and Eli Caroline scored all three of East Hill Christian's goals, bringing their combined season tally to seven goals.

Meanwhile, Aletheia Christian Academy gave up the first goal on Tuesday, but they didn't let that get them down. Everything went their way against Calvary Christian Academy as they made off with a 4-1 win. The game was close at halftime, but Aletheia Christian Academy turned on the heat in the second half with four goals.

East Hill Christian's victory bumped their record up to 2-4. As for Aletheia Christian Academy, their win bumped their record up to 2-0.
