Whitaker made her presence known in Holmes County's 61-60 victory
Holmes County took down Geneva on Thursday, a win that might not have happened without Emma Whitaker's standout performance. Geneva had no answer to Whitaker as she scored 20 points along with eight rebounds and five steals.
Whitaker and Holmes County will look to defend their home court on Monday against Bethlehem at 5:30 p.m. Whitaker hasn't had any trouble running up the score (she's averaged 18.3 per game this season), but it's looking like she'll have her work cut out for her against Bethlehem's dominant defense.
