Anthony Stamper Drops League-Best Effort on Friday

Starting off the list is Rock Hill's Anthony Stamper, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Stamper wasn't messing around on Friday, making five total tackles. The game was his fifth straight with two or more rushing touchdowns.
