Nandua lost a heartbreaker the last time they played Arcadia, but it's fair to say they got their revenge given the result of Thursday's match. The Warriors blew past the Firebirds 12-4 on Thursday. The result was nothing new for the Warriors, who have now won five contests by eight runs or more so far this season.

Nandua is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a massive bump to their 9-7 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.2 runs over those games. As for Arcadia, their loss was their first in the region, dropping their region record down to 4-1 and their overall record down to 9-8.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Nandua will welcome Chincoteague at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Arcadia, they will host Salisbury Christian at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Salisbury Christian has struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 9.19 runs per game on average), something Arcadia will no doubt try to take advantage of.
