Preview: Paramus Spartans vs. Passaic Indians
The Paramus Spartans will be playing in front of their home fans against the Passaic Indians at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
Last Thursday, things could have been worse for Paramus, but they could have been a whole lot better as they took a 58-40 loss to Northern Highlands. While losing is never fun, Paramus can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' New Jersey basketball rankings (they are ranked 251st, while Northern Highlands is ranked 26th).
Passaic can finally bid farewell to their four-game losing streak thanks to their game on Thursday. They came out on top against Bergen Tech by a score of 35-27.
Paramus' loss was their eighth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 5-16. As for Passaic, they now have a winning record of 12-11.
Paramus beat Passaic 58-49 in their previous meeting back in February of 2023. Does Paramus have another victory up their sleeve, or will Passaic turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
