Northwest has gone 8-2 against West recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Northwest Grizzlies will be playing at home against the West Pioneers. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with three consecutive losses for Northwest and 33 for West dating back to last season.

Last Friday, Northwest took a blow against Bishop Carroll, falling 72-18. While losing is never fun, the Grizzlies can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Kansas basketball rankings (they are ranked 282nd, while the Golden Eagles are ranked 77th).

Meanwhile, West had to suffer through a 65-14 loss at the hands of Kapaun Mt. Carmel.

West's loss dropped their record down to 0-16. As for Northwest, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-13.

Everything came up roses for Northwest against West when the teams last played back in January, as the team secured a 43-15 victory. Will Northwest repeat their success, or does West have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
