They came out on top against the Pompton Lakes Cardinals by a score of 54-47. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 45-41 two weeks ago.

Hawthorne has also been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine contests, which provided a nice bump to their 10-5 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 51.6 points per game. As for Pompton Lakes, with the defeat, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 7-6.

Hawthorne has already played their next matchup, a 43-31 loss against Glen Rock on the 23rd. As for Pompton Lakes, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 55-42 defeat against Butler on the 23rd.
