Three Rivers came tearing into Tuesday's matchup with six straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 8.5 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against the D'Hanis Cowboys by a score of 4-1. This was a revenge game for the Bulldogs: when they faced off against the Cowboys back in March, they had to take a 11-9 loss.

Dylan Ender spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered a run (which was unearned) on four hits and racked up six Ks. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than two walks in four consecutive appearances.

At the plate, Evin Sheppard was excellent, scoring a run and stealing three bases while going 1-for-3.

Three Rivers' victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-5. The home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.6 runs on average over those games. As for D'Hanis, their defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 6-6.

Three Rivers wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 9-5 victory against Brackett on the 4th. As for D'Hanis, they have also already played their next contest, a 6-4 win against Falls City on the 4th.
