Memorial lost to Tompkins back in March of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. While the 0-0 score might suggest a draw, it was the Falcons who were credited with the victory. The Tompkins Falcons got it done in the shootout by posting eight goals to the Memorial Mustangs' seven. Memorial's defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Memorial's loss dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Tompkins, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 4-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Memorial will challenge Cypress Woods at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Cypress Woods' last five contests have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Tompkins, they will take on Paetow at 7:15 p.m. on Wednesday. Paetow's defense has only allowed 0.4 goals per game this season, so Tompkins' offense will have their work cut out for them.
