Volleyball Recap: Lyons' Victory on Friday Extends Winning Streak to Three

Lyons entered their tilt with Naperville Central on Friday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They came out on top against the Redhawks by a score of 2-0. The Lions have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Redhawks, too.

Lyons' victory bumped their record up to 18-5. As for Naperville Central, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost 11 of their last 12 games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-22 record this season.

Coincidentally, Lyons and Naperville Central will both be playing Wheaton-Warrenville South the next time they take the court. The Redhawks will head out to face the Tigers at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, while the Lions will play them later in the day, at 7:30 p.m.
