Basketball Game Preview: Geneva Eagles vs. Berkshire Badgers

Having just played yesterday, the Geneva Eagles will head out on the road to face off against the Berkshire Badgers at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday. Geneva knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past five games -- so hopefully Berkshire likes a good challenge.

On Monday, Geneva came up short against Harvey and fell 78-71.

Meanwhile, Berkshire was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They were three points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 46-43 heartbreaker at the hands of Brookfield.

Geneva's loss dropped their record down to 9-6. As for Berkshire, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-13.

Geneva didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup against Berkshire in their previous matchup back in December of 2023, but they still walked away with a 63-59 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Geneva since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
