Miller and King are an even 5-5 against one another since March of 2017, but likely not for long. The Miller Buccaneers will be playing at home against the King Mustangs at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with three consecutive losses for Miller and four for King.

Miller came up short against Gregory-Portland on Friday, falling 13-1.

Miller saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Isabella Campos, who scored a run and stole Two bases. while going 1-for-1. That's the most stolen bases Campos has posted over her last 15 games.

Meanwhile, King fell victim to Incarnate Word Academy and their airtight pitching crew on Monday. They lost 10-0 to the Angels.

King's loss dropped their record down to 3-7. As for Miller, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-10.

Miller was able to grind out a solid win over King when the teams last played back in April of 2024, winning 13-9. Will Miller repeat their success, or does King have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
