Softball Recap: Sequoyah Comes Up Short

Monday just wasn't the day for Sequoyah's offense. They came up short against the Heritage Mountaineers on Monday, falling 15-0. The loss continues a trend for the Chiefs in their meetings with the Mountaineers: they've now lost nine in a row.

Sequoyah's defeat dropped their record down to 5-15. As for Heritage, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games. That's provided a nice bump to their 23-13 record this season.

As of now, neither Sequoyah nor Heritage have any future games scheduled.
