Baseball Recap: Lancaster Takes a Loss

After flying high against Richland Northeast last Thursday, Lancaster came back down to earth. Lancaster took a 5-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the A.C. Flora Falcons on Tuesday. The matchup marked the Bruins' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Lancaster saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Spencer Sims, who scored a run while going 1-for-3.

Lancaster's loss dropped their record down to 5-5. As for A.C. Flora, their record now sits at 6-4-1.

While Lancaster had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
