Baseball Recap: Timberline Gets the Win

Timberline won the last time they faced Rigby and things went their way on Friday too. The Timberline Wolves walked away with a 10-7 victory over the Rigby Trojans. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Wolves.

Timberline let JR Hazel and Everett Lynn run wild. Hazel scored three runs and stole Two bases. while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances, while Lynn scored two runs and stole a base while going 3-for-3. The dominant performance also gave Lynn a new career-high in doubles (two).

Timberline's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Rigby, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Coming up, Timberline will be playing at home against Madison at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Rigby, they will face off against Capital at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
