Basketball Game Preview: Bonneville Lakers vs. Northridge Knights

Bonneville is 1-6 against Northridge since December of 2016 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Wednesday. The Bonneville Lakers will look to defend their home court against the Northridge Knights at 5:15 p.m. Given that both suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this match.

Last Friday, Bonneville came up short against Viewmont and fell 47-36. The Lakers were down 42-19 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.

Meanwhile, Northridge also suffered a loss in their last game, but this one to Woods Cross by a score of 53-40. The Knights have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Northridge's loss dropped their record down to 6-9. As for Bonneville, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-10.

Bonneville came up short against Northridge when the teams last played back in February of 2024, falling 51-44. Can Bonneville avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
