While Eufaula put up plenty of runs on Thursday, the same can't be said for Abbeville. The Tigers put the hurt on the Yellowjackets with a sharp 16-0 win. The result was nothing new for the Tigers, who have now won ten matchups by six runs or more so far this season.
Jade Barnett made a splash no matter where she played. She pitched three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. She has been consistent: she hasn't given up more than two walks in eight consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, going a perfect 2-for-2 with four stolen bases, two runs, and two RBI. That's the most hits she has posted since back in March.
