A.C. Flora proved they can win big last Saturday (they won by five) and on Tuesday they proved they can win the close ones too. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past the Lancaster Bruins 2-1. The win was nothing new for A.C. Flora as they're now sitting on four straight.

Jan Pecina-Fernandez and Cullen Maas scored both of A.C. Flora's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 26 goals.

A.C. Flora's victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 9-4. The home wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 17 goals over those five contests. As for Lancaster, their defeat ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 8-6.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. A.C. Flora will head out to take on Dreher at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Dreher's last three matches have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Lancaster, they are taking a road trip to square off against Camden at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Lancaster are facing Camden at the right time seeing as Camden are stuck on an 11-game losing streak.
