It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Rosemead had no problem doing just that on Wednesday. They enjoyed a cozy 74-60 win over the San Fernando Valley Academy Huskies. The Panthers' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Rhys Anderson was his usual excellent self, putting up 32 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Daniel Nguyen, who posted 18 points.

Rosemead now has a winning record of 13-12. As for San Fernando Valley Academy, they now have a losing record of 8-9.

Coming up, Rosemead will square off against San Luis Obispo Classical Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. San Fernando Valley Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
