Softball Recap: Cashmere Takes a Loss

Cashmere was the 8-4 winner over Naches Valley when they last played one another on Tuesday, but their luck changed this time around. The Bulldogs fell just short of the Rangers by a score of 12-11 on Tuesday.

Cashmere has also been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-8 record this season. As for Naches Valley, their win ended a five-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 3-8.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Cashmere will welcome Connell at 3:00 p.m. on the 25th. As for Naches Valley, they will square off against Wahluke at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. The Rangers are facing the Warriors at the right time seeing as the Warriors are stuck on a 12-game losing streak.
