Indian Valley has enjoyed the comforts of home their last two games, but now they'll head out on the road. They will take on the Sandy Valley Cardinals at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Hopefully Indian Valley is not getting complacent, as they presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Sandy Valley in Ohio (Indian Valley is ranked 247th, while Sandy Valley is ranked 506th).
Last Monday, Indian Valley might have been a little too into the holiday spirit, gifting Carrollton an easy 64-42 win. The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Indian Valley in their matchups with Carrollton: they've now lost four in a row.
Meanwhile, Sandy Valley's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Monday after their third straight loss. They fell to Fairless 45-39.
Indian Valley's loss ended a four-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 5-2. As for Sandy Valley, they have traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost four of their last five games, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-5 record this season.
