Softball Recap: North Henderson Comes Up Short

North Henderson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against the West Henderson Falcons, falling 15-5. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Falcons this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 14-3 back in March.

Mollie Spear made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and scored two runs while going 2-for-3. Shelby Simpson was another key player, scoring a run while going 1-for-3.

North Henderson's defeat dropped their record down to 2-10. As for West Henderson, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 12-1.

North Henderson didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 7-2 loss against Smoky Mountain on the 11th. As for West Henderson, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next match, a 15-0 win against East Henderson on the 11th.
