Klein posted their closest win since November 19, 2024 on Friday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 43-41 victory over the Tomball Memorial Wildcats. Winning may never get old, but the Bearkats sure are getting used to it with their fifth in a row.

Klein's win was their seventh straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 17-13. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 53.6 points per game. As for Tomball Memorial, their loss ended a five-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 18-14.

Klein will host Magnolia at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Magnolia has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games. As for Tomball Memorial, a feisty cat fight is on tap when the Tomball Memorial Wildcats face off against the Klein Oak Panthers at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
