Football Preview: Burlingame Bearcats vs. Hanover Wildcats        
        
		
             The Burlingame Bearcats will face off against the Hanover Wildcats at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.
 Burlingame is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup  last Thursday. They took their  game  with ease, bagging  a  54-0 victory over St. Paul. The Bearcats'  win was nothing new given the team hasn't lost yet  this season.
 It was another big night for  Jd Tyson, who threw for 140 yards and four touchdowns while completing 87.5% of his passes, and also rushed for 57 yards and two touchdowns. He is  on a roll when it comes to  passing touchdowns, as he's  now  passed for four or more in the last five games he's  played.  Dane Winters was  Tyson's top target, picking up 90 receiving yards and three touchdowns.
 Meanwhile, Hanover never let their opponents score last Thursday. They breezed by Pike Valley to the tune of  49-0. Given the Wildcats' advantage  in MaxPreps' Kansas football rankings  (they are ranked fourth, while the Panthers are ranked 57th), the result  wasn't entirely unexpected.
 Burlingame's victory was  their fifth straight at home, which  pushed their record up to 9-0. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 50 points. As for Hanover,  the  win made it two in a row for them and  bumps their season record up to 8-1.
 Burlingame suffered a grim  56-32 defeat to Hanover  in their previous matchup  back in November of 2015. That  match was all but decided by halftime, at which point Burlingame was down  36-16.
