Football Game Preview: Gladbrook-Reinbeck vs. Twin Cedars

Gladbrook-Reinbeck will be playing at home against Twin Cedars at at 7:00 PM on Friday. Twin Cedars will need to watch out since Gladbrook-Reinbeck have now posted big point totals in their last four contests.

Gladbrook-Reinbeck got themselves on the board against Collins-Maxwell last Friday, but Collins-Maxwell never followed suit. Gladbrook-Reinbeck took the contest and then some with a 48-0 win over Collins-Maxwell. Followers of Gladbrook-Reinbeck probably expected little less of the squad in a season in which they have collected four blowout victories.

Meanwhile, don't be fooled by the insanely high score: we promise Twin Cedars and Baxter were playing football. Twin Cedars had just enough and edged out Baxter 66-64. The tight race was right in line with the MaxPreps state rankings' forecast.

Their wins bumped Gladbrook-Reinbeck to 4-2 and Twin Cedars to 4-3. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, Gladbrook-Reinbeck and Twin Cedars will really light up the scoreboard.
