Collierville was handed a heart-breaking two-point loss in their last contest, but they sure didn't let that happen against Cordova on Tuesday. The Collierville Dragons blew past the Cordova Wolves 62-16. The Dragons have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six matches by 22 points or more this season.

Collierville's victory bumped their record up to 9-2. As for Cordova, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-5 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Collierville and Southwind will compete for holiday cheer at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Cordova, they will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Evangelical Christian at 5:00 p.m. on January 6, 2025.
