Baseball Recap: Dobyns-Bennett Falls Short Against Ranked Farragut

Dobyns-Bennett faced Farragut in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Thursday. The Indians fell just short of the Admirals by a score of 2-1. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Admirals this season, with their most recent defeat being a 10-0 loss on Wednesday.

This is the second loss in a row for Dobyns-Bennett and nudges their season record down to 25-9. As for Farragut, they have been performing well recently as they've won 20 of their last 25 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 29-9 record this season.

As of now, neither Dobyns-Bennett nor Farragut have any future games scheduled.
