Volleyball Recap: De La Salle's Losing Streak Snapped at Four Games

There's no place like home for De La Salle, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Victoria Soto Wolves by a score of 2-0 on Wednesday. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Meteors as it put an end to their four-game losing streak.

De La Salle easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The final score came out to 25-14, 25-17.

De La Salle's victory bumped their record up to 9-12. As for Victoria Soto, their loss dropped their record down to 11-12-1.

The future could be bright for both De La Salle and Victoria Soto: their next opponents haven't had the best luck recently. The Meteors will try to hand Fenwick their 12th-straight defeat when the two meet at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Victoria Soto will look to extend Muchin College Prep's three-game losing streak when they meet at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
