Northeastern faced Warwick in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Tuesday. The Bobcats had just enough and edged out the Warriors 3-2. The win was familiar territory for the Bobcats, who have now won five matches in a row.

The match was a true back-and-forth as no team won consecutive sets, but in the end it was Northeastern who won the one that mattered. The final score came out to 25-19, 21-25, 25-17, 21-25, 15-13.

Hugh Rogers paced Northeastern's offense, picking up 15 kills. Rogers got some help from Jacob Zambito and his 45 assists. Finally, Rogers was also a dominant defender, finishing with a team-high eight blocks.

Northeastern pushed their record up to 26-10-8 with the victory, which was their fifth straight on the road. As for Warwick, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 4-1-1.

As of now, neither Northeastern nor the Warriors have any future games scheduled.
