Western has gone a perfect 5-0 against Magnolia recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Wednesday. The Pioneers will head out on the road to take on the Sentinels at 3:00 p.m. Neither Western nor Magnolia posted many points in their last games, so it might be the defenses that decide this one.

Western took a loss when they played away from home on Wednesday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Monday. They secured a 12-7 W over Los Amigos.

Meanwhile, Magnolia was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They were outmatched by Saddleback and fell 38-0.

Western is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 6-10 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 11.8 points on average over those games. As for Magnolia, their loss dropped their record down to 2-9.

Western strolled past Magnolia in their previous meeting last Monday by a score of 18-0. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Pioneers since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
