Scituate managed to slip by Smithfield the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Spartans came up short against the Sentinels on Saturday, falling 4-0. Scituate were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Smithfield apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in September of 2024.

Scituate has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 1-4-2 record this season. As for Smithfield, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-0-2.
