Football Recap: Gustine Comes Up Short

Gustine was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They were beaten by the Orestimba Warriors 48-12. If the Reds were looking for revenge after losing 46-0 to the Warriors when the teams met back in September of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Gustine's loss dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Orestimba, their victory was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 9-1.

Looking ahead, Gustine will face off against Hilmar at 6:00 p.m. on the 17th. As for Orestimba, they have already played their next matchup, a 33-0 win against Dos Palos on the 10th.
