Volleyball Recap: Pritzker Comes Up Short

Pritzker was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Mansueto Leopards. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Leopards this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 back in April.

While Pritzker had to settle for second, they sure made a game of it, scoring at least 18 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-21.

Pritzker now has a losing record of 7-8. As for Mansueto, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 24-6 record this season.

Pritzker does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Mansueto, they will face off against Proviso East at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
