Baseball Recap: Silas Comes Up Short

Silas came into their game on Friday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against Ingraham, falling 8-1.

Silas saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Max Yoder, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one run.

Silas' defeat dropped their record down to 12-8. As for Ingraham, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-5 record this season.

As of now, neither Silas nor Ingraham have any future games scheduled.
