Basketball Recap: Tug Valley Comes Up Short

Tug Valley and Gilmer County squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Tug Valley had to settle for second. They took a blow against the Gilmer County Titans, falling 66-22. The defeat continues a trend for the Panthers in their meetings with the Titans: they've now lost five in a row.

Tug Valley's loss dropped their record down to 23-4. As for Gilmer County, the victory (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 24-4.

As of now, neither Tug Valley nor Gilmer County have any future games scheduled.
