Lubbock Christian came tearing into Friday's matchup with seven straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. Everything went their way against Lake Country Christian as they made off with a 3-0 victory. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-2 two weeks ago.

Lubbock Christian not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Lake Country Christian between 17 and 19 points across their sets. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-17, 25-18.

Lubbock Christian's win bumped their record up to 24-3-1. As for Lake Country Christian, they dropped their record down to 14-13 with the loss, which was their sixth straight at home.
