            Softball Preview: Armada Tigers vs. Fraser Ramblers        
        
		
        
        
            The Armada Tigers will challenge the Fraser Ramblers at 4:30  p.m.  on Monday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.
Armada's pitching crew heads into the  game  hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed  on Friday. They blew past Peck 18-0. The  victory was nothing new for the Tigers as they're now sitting on three straight.
Meanwhile, Fraser made easy work of Sterling Heights Stevenson  on Thursday and carried off  a  13-3 win. The Ramblers haven't had any issues with the Titans recently, as the game was their third consecutive  victory against them.
 Camilla Dawood tossed a big game,   striking out six batters over  4.2 innings while giving up just one earned  (and two unearned) runs off   seven  hits (and not a single walk). She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't  tossed less than six  strikeouts in five consecutive appearances.
 On the hitting side,  Peyton Mckernan and  Irelyn Bednarchik did most of the damage at the plate:  Mckernan  went 2-for-3 with three  RBI, two  runs,  and one  triple, while  Bednarchik  went 3-for-4 with three  runs, one  double,  and one  RBI. That's the most  runs  Bednarchik has posted since back in April. The team also got some help courtesy of  Gabrielle Gajewski, who  got on base  in all three of her plate appearances with two  runs and one  RBI.
 Armada's win was  their third straight at home, which  pushed their record up to 12-5. The  home  victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 12.0 runs over those games. As for Fraser, their win bumped their record up to 14-8.
