Football Recap: Williams Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Williams and Winters squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Williams had to settle for second. They were dealt a 47-6 loss at the hands of the Warriors. The Yellowjackets were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 47-0.

Lane Brown continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Winters, rushing for 148 yards and one TD on only nine carries, while also throwing for 107 yards and a pair of touchdowns. Brown's rushing production has been exceptional as that marked his sixth straight game with at least 101 rushing yards.

Williams dropped their record down to 3-8 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight on the road. As for Winters, the victory was the eighth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 10-1.

Williams does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Winters, they will challenge Durham at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
