Basketball Recap: Grace Christian Continues Home Dominance on Tuesday

Grace Christian had won 11 straight home games dating back to last season and Will Hawes did his part to make it 12 on Tuesday. The Grace Christian Patriots simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Parkway Christian Academy 78-34 thanks in part to Hawes, who posted 21 points and seven boards. He has been hot, having also posted two or more steals the last six times he's played.

Grace Christian's win bumped their record up to 14-0. As for Parkway Christian Academy, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-5.

Grace Christian didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 75-63 victory against Heritage Christian School on the 16th. As for Parkway Christian Academy, they will head out on the road to face off against New Jerusalem Christian Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. New Jerusalem Christian Academy will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Parkway Christian Academy surely won't give up without a fight.
