Basketball Recap: Cass Comes Up Short

Cass lost against Hiram back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Cass Colonels were beaten by the Hiram Hornets 58-30. The Colonels have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

It was another big night for Taylor Crawford, who went 8 of 16 on her way to 20 points along with seven assists and four steals for Hiram. Another player making a difference was Damariah Windmon, who went 6 for 13 en route to 15 points and four steals.

Cass' defeat dropped their record down to 10-13. As for Hiram, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 11-13 record this season.

As of now, neither Cass nor Hiram have any future games scheduled.
