Softball Recap: Northridge Takes a Loss

Northridge was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They lost 17-0 to the American Christian Academy Patriots. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Patriots this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 14-6 back in February.

Northridge's loss dropped their record down to 5-15. As for American Christian Academy, the victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 14-14.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Northridge will welcome Fayette County at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for American Christian Academy, they will take on Demopolis at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
