Jefferson waltzed into their match on Wednesday with four straight wins... but they left with five. Everything went their way against the Perry Commodores as they made off with a 13-6 win.

Jefferson pushed their record up to 7-15 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. The home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.7 runs on average over those games. As for Perry, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 13-7.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Jefferson will host Continental at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Perry, they will face off against Bath at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
