Basketball Recap: Tuscola Piles Up the Points Against Rantoul

Tuscola waltzed into their match on Thursday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Rantoul Eagles 56-26. That's more bragging rights for the Warriors, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Tuscola is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games, which provided a nice bump to their 5-3 record this season. As for Rantoul, they are on a 20-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-10.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Tuscola will be home for the holidays to greet Warrensburg-Latham at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Rantoul, they will take on Schlarman at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday.
